Dick Whittington – Casting Now

Casting is already underway, but it’s not too late to take part.  Come along to our next rehearsal on Sunday 10th September, 2.15pm – 4.45pm. At the Mission Hall Community Centre, Mission Square, TW8 0SD

We are extremely pleased to announce that we will have a new Director for this very special year – Alan Ward – he’s a `Brentford Boy’ who studied dance, drama and film and went on to a professional career in education.  He was the Director of the Celebration Theatre Company at St Paul’s and specialises in Musical Theatre.  At the Beck Theatre he directed the Heston & Isleworth Gang Shows with over 150 children and adults so he’s used to crowds!

There is something for everyone, from chaperoning the younger cast members, set painting and ticket sales to costumes and security, choreography and props, dramatic acting to slapstick comedy!  So please come along, we are anticipating an outstanding, exciting, colourful and professional production with opportunities for everyone to take part.

The performances will be at the Watermans Art Centre on
Thursday 30th November, Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd  December (matinée and evening)

Dress Rehearsal on Wednesday 29th November.

Rehearsals take place on Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evenings

Sundays -2:15pm – Mission Hall Community Centre, Mission Square, TW8 0SD

SFP at 40 – we’d like your memories

In 2017 St. Faith’s Players will have been performing at the hall in Windmill Road for 40 years!

We think that this is a milestone worth celebrating and hope that adults, young people and children who have been involved in any production over that time will be able to join in one or more events through the year.

Get in touch with your favourite productions, shows and songs

To help us plan a series of events, shows and activities along a compilation of memories and anecdotes for our 40th year please let us have your anecdotes and memories!

  • Was there a favourite production that you were involved with?
  • Do you have a favourite show that you watched? And if so, why?
  • Perhaps you have a favourite song that you remember singing or hearing?

Email us (details below) and let us have your highlights along with your name, contact details and the dates you were a member of SFP.

Be a part of our 40th year celebrations

Plus, please let us know if you’d like to take part in a show or concert in 2017 in March, May, June, July, September or December.

Even if you don’t fancy taking part but would like to come and watch, please get in contact with your highlights from the last 40 years. We’d love to hear from you.

Please get in contact with your favourite memories by 11 November 2016
